Relaxing Endeavors

I have been off work at my part-time job so thought I would do some things to relax me or rejuvenate me. I took the bicycle out and mad the 10 mile trek to Boise. Because the weather has been so nice lately here it was quite congested along the Boise Greenbelt with many walking and a lot on bicycles as well. Because it was so congested it took a little longer, about 30 minutes, to get to Boise and about the same amount of time to get back.

Today I designed a Celtic graphic in the Inkscape application and saved as a svg file so that I could split the design and print three different colors. I took that and split it into thirds and brought them into the Circut Design Space. I used iron-on material in the three colors and applied them to the t-shirt for my personal use. I thought that aligning the three sheets would be more difficult than it actually was.

I have to say that it took a while to design and figure out how to get the design into the Circut Design Space where I could cut the three colors but it did work out.

I am still dreaming of taking a trip to Ireland some time in the near future. That takes a lot of planning and saving money where I can. That is easier said than done it seems but I will get there. Well I am back to work tomorrow for 4 hours so I am going to cut this short. I hope everyone out there is having a great time.
